The Ministry of Defense will no longer indicate in its decisions the number of persons liable for military service subject to reservation from mobilization at defense industry enterprises. Notification about this was published on the agency's website.

We are talking about changes to the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution № 76 regarding reservations for the period of mobilization and wartime.

"From now on, the decisions of the Ministry of Defense on determining enterprises, institutions, and organizations as critical in the defense industry will not contain information on the number of persons liable for military service who are subject to reservation," the defense ministry said.

According to the Defense Ministry, this decision takes into account the specifics of the work of defense companies during the war and provides conditions for the production of critical weapons to scale up.

  • The Minister of Economy reported that the number of reserved people in 2025 had increased by 30% – currently, there are approximately 1.3 million.
