The United States has signed a contract with Belgium to maintain F-16 aircraft and their engines for Ukraine. About said on the Pentagon's website.

The contract was awarded to Sabena Aerospace Engineering from the Voluve-Saint-Lambert region, the contractor is the Air Force Control Center at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The contract amount is fixed at $235.5 million and the term is until January 28, 2029.

"The contract provides for high- and medium-level maintenance of F-16 aircraft and engines, as well as support with materials for Ukraine," the US Department of War said.

The contract relates to the FMS program for Ukraine. At the time of its conclusion, FMS funds in the amount of $70 million were allocated.
