Zelenskyy: Russians are preparing for a new attack on Ukraine

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Russia is preparing to shell Ukraine again. The head of state said this in an evening address.

"We also know that the Russians are preparing for a new attack. Intelligence provides information on this," the president said.

According to Zelenskyy, it is now necessary for the United States, Europe, and all partners to understand how each Russian strike discredits negotiations.
