Earlier, Polish Energy Minister Milosz Motyka reported unsuccessful cyberattacks in the last days of 2025 on a number of electricity generating facilities. According to him, one thermal power plant and many individual renewable energy sources across the country were attacked.

The Polish Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that everything points to "Russian sabotage" aimed at destabilizing the situation in Poland. He added that the country has well-prepared institutions.
