On the night of February 13, Russia launched massive strikes on Ukraine's port and railroad infrastructure, including an attack on a port in Odesa region. This was reported to by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper and the Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba .

One person was killed and six others were injured as a result of the strike on the port in Odesa region. Three of them are in serious condition. All of them are civilians.

The company's infrastructure, fertilizer warehouses and vehicles, including freight cars, were damaged. A fire broke out.

Also, the Russian army conducted UAV strikes on the railway infrastructure of Dnipropetrovs'k region during the day.

Kiper said that in Odesa, a UAV hit and landed on the territory of a car dealership and a sanatorium. Two "shahids" hit apartments in two residential buildings.
