Germany concluded a contract with Slovakia for the repair of self-propelled artillery units Panzerhaubitze 2000 for Ukraine, announced Anka Feldhusen, the German Ambassador to Ukraine, at a briefing on March 22.

"This process regarding the maintenance, especially the Panzerhaubitze, took a long time in Slovakia, but yesterday a document was finally signed, so now these Panzerhaubitze are going directly to Slovakia, that is, not so far," said the ambassador, answering the question of what capabilities Germany and Western allies for the repair of Ukrainian tanks and their maintenance.

According to her, Berlin constantly insists that, together with tanks and other weapons, not only training is carried out, but also spare parts and equipment maintenance are provided.
