On the night of February 9, Russia attacked Odesa, killing one person. The head of the city's military administration, Serhiy Lysak, told

At 00:24, he wrote that it was "loud" in the city – the Russians had launched another attack on the city by the Shahedis.

The attack damaged residential buildings and communications.

In particular, a fire broke out on the roof of a high-rise building, a gas pipeline was damaged, and cars and a non-residential building caught fire.

One victim was later reported.
