Ukrainians can now sign a declaration with a doctor online

Ukrainians now have the opportunity to submit a declaration to a doctor online. About this reported Ministry of Health.
Now you don't need to go to the hospital to file a declaration or update your phone number in the electronic healthcare system. The beta testing of the patient's office has been successfully completed – the digital platform has been tested and is ready for expansion.
The Ministry of Health added that the account is available for all adult Ukrainians and for adolescents aged 14 to 18 with their own electronic signature.
Adolescents can log in to the account and view their data on their own, and if they have confirmed civil capacity (and have the relevant documents), they can submit a declaration and make the necessary changes to their data as needed.
They are available in the patient's personal account:
→ viewing and updating personal data in the electronic healthcare system;
→ reviewing current and previous declarations with a doctor;
→ search for a doctor and submit a declaration online;
→ managing accesses to electronic accounts to which you have granted permission to process your personal data.
The ministry added that access to medical records (tests, prescriptions, and diagnoses) will be provided gradually in the following stages.
The patient's office is accessed through special eCabinets – you can choose any one to start. It can be an eCabinet developed by the state (eCabinet of the National Electronic Healthcare System) or by a business (patient information system).
You can view the list of all verified e-cabinets and choose the most convenient one at link.
