The first use of a Russian Gerbera drone as an FPV drone carrier was recorded in Ukraine. About it reported serhiy Beskrestnov (Flash), a military man and specialist in military radio technologies and advisor to the Minister of Defense.

"The Gerbera is a Russian drone that is a simplified and cheaper version of the Iranian Shahed-136 kamikaze drone, known in Russia as the Geranium-2.

The body of the Gerbera is made of foam, which makes it lightweight and relatively cheap to manufacture. The drone's internal components are housed in a plywood body.
