Russia launches missile strike on Samar city: there are dead, a fire started

"Most of the wounded are hospitalized. Two men and a woman are in serious condition. The rest are in moderate condition," said Lysak .
UPDATED 14:13. A 46-year-old man wounded in a rocket attack has died in hospital. The death toll is now five, head of the JMA.
The number of victims increased to 23 people, four of whom are in serious condition.
