President of the United States Donald Trump called on the Iranian regime to conclude a nuclear deal, threatening to use military force. This was stated by the American leader in his social network Truth Social.

"A massive Armada is heading to Iran. It is moving quickly, with great power, enthusiasm, and purpose. It is a larger fleet, headed by the great Aircraft Carrier Abraham Lincoln, than that sent to Venezuela. Like with Venezuela, it is, ready, willing, and able to rapidly fulfill its mission, with speed and violence, if necessary," the US leader said.

Trump expressed hope that Iran would quickly come to the negotiating table and conclude a "fair and equitable deal" that would provide for the country's abandonment of nuclear weapons and that would be "good for all parties."

However, the politician noted: "Time is running out, it is truly of the essence!"

He recalled that he had previously told Iran to conclude a deal, but it did not do so – and in June 2025, the United States conducted an Iranian nuclear facilities.

"The next attack will be far worse! Don’t make that happen again," the US president emphasized.

Earlier, on January 26, Trump claimed that the situation with Iran is changing, as it has sent the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier strike group to the region. However, the politician noted that, in his opinion, Tehran really wants to make a deal.

According to data from the Axios media outlet, earlier this month, the U.S. leader was close to ordering a strike on Islamic Republic targets because of the assassination of thousands of protesters. However, he postponed the decision while moving military forces to the region.
