Military intelligence has released footage of the staged death of Denis Kapustin, commander of the Russian Volunteer Corps. The corresponding video published The press service of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense revealed the details of the operation.

The intelligence agency noted that to save Kapustin's life and expose the enemy's agent network, GUR fighters conducted a complex, multi-stage special operation during which his death was staged.

To support the legend, special forces created a video recording of the work of two attack drones. The first drone flew into the minibus in which Kapustin was located, and the second filmed the "aftermath of the strike" – a burning car.

The masterminds of the crime in the Russian special services believed the provided video and transferred $500,000 to Ukrainian intelligence officers, which will significantly enhance the combat capabilities of the Main Intelligence Directorate's special forces.
