Trump curses and gives middle finger to Ford plant worker – video
US President Donald Trump reacted with an obscene gesture to a Ford plant worker who apparently called him a "pedophile defender." The White House believes that the head of the United States will give an "appropriate response," reports Fox News .
TMZ was the first to show a video of a Michigan factory worker allegedly shouting "Pedophile defender" at the US president: "Pedophile defender!". According to the tabloid, he was referring to Trump's association with the late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and the Justice Department's slow release of the infamous Epstein files .
Trump seems to have said: "Go to hell" and gave the middle finger.
A Ford spokesperson commented on the situation to TMZ: "One of our core values is respect, and we don't approve of anyone saying anything inappropriate in our facilities. When that happens, we have a process to address it, but we don't take any specific personnel actions.".
And White House Communications Director Stephen Chang told Fox News: "The lunatic in the fit of rage was screaming profanities, and the president gave an appropriate and unequivocal response.".
Trump has previously demonstrated a sharp reaction to mentions of Epstein – in particular, in November 2025, he called a journalist a "pig" who asked why he did not want to release the rest of the Epstein files.
On August 10, 2019, Epstein was found dead in his pre-trial detention cell. According to the official version, the cause of death was suicide.
- on November 18, 2025, the U.S. House of Representatives supported the publication of the Epstein files. Trump himself called for this amid rumors of his ties to the late sex offender.
- On November 20, Trump signed a law to release the Epstein files. The DOJ handed over nearly 50,000 pages of documents to Congress.
- However, in December, less than a day after the files were released, at least 16 of them disappeared without any explanation from the DOJ website, including a photo of Trump.
