Tusk announces the creation of a group to investigate Poles' ties to Epstein
Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk has announced the creation of a special analytical group to investigate possible ties between Poles and American sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. His words are quoted by the media, Polsat News.
"We have decided, together with the Minister of Justice, the Attorney General, and the Minister Coordinator of Intelligence Services, to set up an analytical group and possibly also launch an investigation if the analysis confirms our concerns about the pedophilia scandal in the United States," Tusk said before the government meeting.
He added that the main reason for taking these actions is the need to clarify Polish ties in the "satanic circle of Mr. Epstein."
"We will do everything to ensure that the perpetrators and victims not only see the actions of the Polish state, but also, if necessary, receive compensation, and, above all, to effectively prosecute those who commit such horrific crimes," Tusk emphasized.
According to him, there is information about people from Krakow who informed the perpetrator about a group of Polish women and girls.
"There are other similar traces, so I will ask both the prosecutor's office and the special services to conduct a very detailed, quick and thorough analysis of every document that is currently in the public domain," the Polish prime minister added.
If necessary, Poland will also ask the United States to provide access to those documents or files that have not been disclosed and may relate to possible Polish victims or other Polish traces.
The second reason for the creation of a special group is the need to clarify the activities of Russian special services and their ties to Epstein. Tusk did not rule out the possibility that the sex offender was filming Western leaders and CEOs of large companies for Russian intelligence services.
"More and more commentators and experts are suggesting that it is very likely that this was a Russian KGB operation – a so-called honey trap, a sweet trap set for the elites of the Western world, mainly the United States," he said.
- January 30, 2026 US Department of Justice published a new and final version of the a package of materials containing documents, thousands of photos and videos related to the case of the sex offender Epstein.
- On February 2, former British Ambassador to the United States Mandelson announced its withdrawal from the Labor Party after documents about his ties to Epstein were made public.
