President Volodymyr Zelenskyy considers the work in Kyiv to return heat supply to multi-story buildings to be insufficient. This was stated by the head of state said based on the results of the selector on the situation in the regions.

Zelenskyy said that there was a report on the Kyiv region. In fact, cogeneration is being added to the region every day. Heat kits are being distributed to people, and this program will increase. About 5000 such heat kits are distributed daily in the Kyiv region.

The President added that the heating situation in the capital remains extremely difficult. More than 500 multi-story buildings remain without heating.

"We are still working on repairs. And this definitely cannot be perceived as something normal in the city, when the number of houses without heat has been around for weeks, hundreds of houses every day, regardless of the situation. Whether there are shocks or no shocks, there are still hundreds of houses in Kyiv without heating. This means that the work in the city is not enough," Zelenskyy said.

There was also a report from the Ministry of Internal Affairs on warming centers in the capital. Zelenskyy noted that more people are now applying, so additional points have been deployed in several districts.

"Hot meals are provided. The 112 line works to record all needs. There is a government contact center. The city should at least work with government agencies faster in this area, so that people can receive timely help and real information," he added.
