Drones hit Russian refinery 1750 km from Ukraine's border – video
SBU drones set a new range record by hitting Ukhta Oil Refinery in Komi Republic, 1750 km from the Ukrainian border

Long-range drones of the Alpha Special Operations Center of the Security Service of Ukraine struck the Ukhta Oil Refinery, located in the Komi Republic, 1750 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. This is a new record for the range of destruction for Ukrainian drones. This is reported in General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and own sources LIGA.net in the SBU.
After the hits, a fire and heavy smoke were recorded at the refinery.
Preliminary, the atmospheric vacuum tube unit and visbreaking unit were affected. They are responsible for the primary processing of oil and its separation into fractions, as well as the production of commercial fuel oil, gasoline, and gasoil.
The Ukhta Oil Refinery is part of Lukoil and processes about 4.2 million tons of oil annually. The plant is involved in supplying the Russian occupation army.
The extent of the damage is being clarified.
