Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov spoke with his Swedish colleague Pål Jonson about military support. In particular, he announced on Twitter a coalition for the transfer of armored vehicles to Ukraine

The minister noted that he expects a coalition regarding Swedish infantry fighting vehicles for Ukraine.

"During our telephone conversation, we discussed further steps to strengthen Ukraine's Army capabilities. Looking forward to fruitful 'CV90 Coalition'," he wrote.

REFERENCE. Combat Vehicle 90 is a family of combat vehicles that has been in service with the Swedish Army since 1993. Combat vehicles are armed with a 40 mm cannon, and their armor protects against the impact of 30 mm projectiles. Sweden has more than 500 such IFVs.

On January 19, Sweden announced that it would transfer about 50 CV90 infantry fighting vehicles and Archer self-propelled artillery systems to Ukraine.

On April 22, the Minister of Defense of Sweden said that the Russian Federation's war against Ukraine could be long, so the allies should be ready for this scenario.
