Ukrzaliznytsia trains are delayed due to attacks on infrastructure

As a result of a massive Russian attack on the night and morning of October 22, the infrastructure of Ukrzaliznytsia was again damaged and parts of the railway were cut off. This was reported by the press service of the company.
Some trains are running with delays and reroutes.
In particular, the train #43/44 Ivano-Frankivsk – Cherkasy, which is already on the way, is changing its route within Kyiv region. The estimated delay is up to two hours.
The train #793/794 Cherkasy – Kyiv will also follow a changed route. Travel delay is about an hour.
Delays and changes in suburban train traffic are possible.
The head of Ukrzaliznytsia Oleksandr Pertsovsky also reported that a driver of a power company's recovery trolley was wounded in the Russian attack.
- On the night of October 22, two people were killed in a massive attack in Kyiv. In Zaporizhzhia, 13 people were injured.
- The crosshairs of the night targeted Ukrainian energy. In particular, the energy and port infrastructure of Izmail came under attack.
