Despite a ceasefire agreed with Russia on this route, there are already reports that Russia continues to fire along the route of the humanitarian corridor.

The Come Back Alive Foundation has raised UAH 18.6 million to buy a Raybird 3 drone for the Ukrainian military. Irpin. Mayor Oleksandr Markushin said he had received a message from a Russian number with an offer to surrender the city.

“I am publicly making a counter-offer to the invaders: you have 24 hours to leave the territory of Irpin community and save the lives and health of a few thousand Russian conscripts, for whom their mothers, sisters, daughters, grandmothers, and loved ones are waiting at home,” he wrote.

The evacuation will follow the route: Sumy, Holubivka, Lokhvitsa, Lubny, Poltava. At 10 a.m. the first convoy should start moving. A silent regime from 9:00 to 21:00 has been agreed upon. According to Vereshchuk, there is already information that Russia is preparing disruption and manipulation to force people to go another way - uncoordinated and dangerous.

Bayraktar destroyed a Buk-M2 surface-to-air missile launcher of the Russian Armed Forces, journalist Yuri Butusov has reported: (VIDEO) 

The State Emergencies Service of Ukraine has reported to LIGA.net https://www.liga.net that as a result of the shelling by Russian troops, 247 facilities were completely destroyed and 1,431 critical infrastructure facilities partially damaged, including 112 residential buildings completely destroyed and 1,122 partially damaged. A total of 815 settlements are currently without electricity supply due to the shelling.

There are now 4,400 people in need of evacuation. They are in shelters, basements, dacha communities and under the rubble.

The most difficult situation is in Buchanskyy district of Kyiv Region. The occupiers have created a humanitarian disaster there. There is no access to the settlements of Bucha, Vorzel, Irpin, Mykhaylivska Rubizhevka, Gostomel, Borodyanka, Shibeno, Nove Zalissya, Krasny Rih, Makarov, Mykolaivka, Kolonshchyna, Kopylov, Severynivka, Berezivka, Plakhtyanka, Chervona Horka, Havronshchyna, Klavdievo-Tarasovo, Myla, Gurovschyna due to the occupants' occupation. Russian checkpoints have been deployed in these settlements, fighting is taking place, and residential houses and infrastructure are being shelled.

According to local residents, the occupants are looting, killing and raping civilians, and passport controls are being carried out.

Zhytomyr region. There was an airstrike siren last night. Strikes at two oil depots and an industrial zone.

Zaporizhzhia region. The enemy is preparing to attack Zaporizhzhia, regrouping troops. Polohy, Vasyliva, Tokmak, Melitopol, Berdiansk and Enerhodar - the situation is controlled by Ukrainian mayors. At the same time, the enemy is trying to establish a police regime by terrorising civilians.

Khmelnytskyi region. Airstrike siren. Attempts to attack Starokostiantyniv town were repulsed.

Chernihiv region. There were several airstrike sirens at night; defensive battles near Chernihiv.

Sumy region. Russian airstrikes on residential neighbourhoods in Sumy. More than 20 were killed or wounded, including children. Sumy region - also airstrikes on villages, on civilian houses. The number of victims is to be clarified. Okhtyrka - night air raid, bombed residential neighbourhoods, private homes, grocery stores. They hit the already broken thermal power station again. The city has no heat for the fourth day. The number of victims is to be clarified; the State Emergency Service of Ukraine is working in the rubbles.

Luhansk region. Shelling of Popasna, Rubizhne and Severodonetsk. In Popasna, two people died in a psychoneurological dispensary. There are three wounded civilians in Rubizhne. There is no gas supply, partly no electricity and water.

Donetsk region. Manhush (the last town before Mariupol) - under the control of the occupiers. Mariupol made its way to the connection today - for a short time, now it disappeared again. The city is in a humanitarian catastrophe. Russians have already razed Volnovakha to the ground. The evacuation from there will be continued today. Shelling in the area of Avdiivka. The battle began in the Marinka area in the morning.

Kirovohrad, Volyn, Rivne, Vinnytsia, Ternopil, Cherkasy, Poltava, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Odesa, Dnipro, Zakarpattia - the night was calm.

On March 7, in Kharkiv. Russian shelling led to fire in 27 apartments in an apartment building. The final information about the dead and injured is to be specified, but rescuers have already found four dead people under the rubble. On the same day, they have made more than 40 trips to eliminate fires and clear the rubble of destroyed buildings in the Kharkiv region.

On March 7, in Sumy, Russian aircraft attacked residential buildings. At 23:09, rescuers arrived, dismantled the destroyed houses and put out the fire. They were able to rescue an injured woman, hand her over to the doctors, as well as to remove the dead from under the rubble. Nine people were killed due to the shelling; two of them were children.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine allowed marrying a soldier without their presence. A marriage certificate can be issued without the personal presence of one or both newlyweds. However, they have to personally apply to their commander, which is considered as consent, who will send an act to a department of state registration of acts of civil status.

On March 7, around 8:20 pm, Russian airstrikes set fire to oil depots in the Zhytomyr region. In Zhytomyr, two tanks with a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters out of 9 burned. In Cherniakhiv, 2 out of 17 half-empty tanks with a capacity of 2,000 cubic meters burned. The distance to residential buildings is about 500-600 m. At 06:15, the fire was extinguished. There are no preliminary casualties or injuries.

The 13th day of the war began.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that the invaders are demoralised and increasingly resort to looting.

In the temporarily occupied territories of Kharkiv, Sumy, Chernihiv and Kyiv regions, robberies, violent actions against locals, the seizure of civilian premises, agricultural hangars for military parking equipment, the arrangement of firing positions in densely populated areas and civilian infrastructure are recorded.

In the temporarily occupied territories in the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, the invaders use psychological warfare units to influence the locals. Up to 10 tactical groups of psychological units have been created to conduct propaganda work with the population.

Russia quickly overtook Iran in the number of sanctions imposed on it and became the most sanctioned country in the world. Keep it up!

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha, said that Volodymyr Zelenskyi had decided to withdraw Ukrainian peacekeepers, who are highly professional military personnel, along with equipment from all missions in the world. "There is no more bus station, court, railway station, executive committee, medical college, police station, military enlistment office, dozens of shops and offices, no windows in the hospital, a shell hit a children's sports school. Central Park is like a place of bloody massacre," he wrote.

According to the official, Izyum has always been a peaceful city, with no military units stationed on its territory.

The World Bank has approved emergency financing of $723m to help Ukraine's government pay public-sector wages, welfare and pensions, BBC reported.

The bank said the package incorporated funding from the UK, Netherlands, Sweden, Japan, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania and Iceland.

The World Bank also says it is working to release a further $3 for Ukraine and its neighbouring countries in the coming months.
