The enemy is concentrating its main efforts on encircling Kyiv, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy and Mykolayiv, as well as on reaching the administrative borders in Luhansk and Donetsk regions and creating a land corridor from Crimea towards Mariupol - Novoazovsk. The enemy has now moved to accumulate resources for an assault on Kyiv.

In the Polesk direction, the enemy is trying to establish full control over the towns of Bucha and Irpin and get closer to the capital.

On the Seversk direction, the occupiers are trying to secure a tactical advantage to reach the eastern outskirts of Kyiv through the Brovary and Boryspil districts and also want to establish control over Chernihiv and Sumy.

On the Tauria direction, the occupiers with up to three BTGr are conducting an offensive towards Zaporizhzhya.

A group of defence forces continues to conduct a defensive operation in the southern, eastern and northern directions. The city of Chuguev has been liberated, with the occupiers suffering heavy losses in personnel and equipment.

Good news from Mariupol defenders. Today the occupiers tried to seize the outskirts of our Hero City. The outcome was deplorable for them.

Seven tanks, five APCs, two "Tigers" were shot down.

Mariupol is defended by the Marines Brigade, Azov National Guard Regiment and Territorial Defence units.

State Emergency Services of Ukraine on the outcome of air raids on Kharkiv:

At about 7 PM, Kharkiv was hit by multiple airstrikes:

• On the building of the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and two residential houses (which subsequently caught fire). The toll is being determined. State Emergency Services of Ukraine involved 50 personnel and 10 vehicles.
• On the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine clinic. According to preliminary data, 2 people were hurt. State Emergency Services of Ukraine involved 32 personnel and 7 vehicles.

In the morning the invaders shelled the city with Grads, the humanitarian corridor could not work. In addition, Vereshchuk told about international students stuck in Mariupol because of the criminal actions of the invaders.

 I have questions to embassies, representatives of authorities of Turkey, China, India. We were messaging back and forth all night long about how we can evacuate your citizens. To illustrate, today President Erdogan had a conversation with President Putin. Does President Erdogan know that 70 of his citizens today together with hundreds and thousands of Ukrainians were unable to leave Mariupol? They are still there, hiding and crying, they are dying of hunger, and together with Ukrainians they did not get the chance to survive. Are those who make decisions aware of that when they enable Putin demonstrate his animal nature on civilians.

The whole world must clearly understand what is happening. We are trying to help Chinese students. I am in constant touch with the Chinese Ambassador to Ukraine. We are trying to negotiate a humanitarian corridor for more than 100 international students in Sumy, who, as the Ambassador puts it, are like sparrows, in constant fear for their lives. I am turning to Chinese authorities right now – what must happen for us all to understand that we are not talking about citizens of China, Turkey, India or other countries right now, we are not discriminating whether this is a citizen of Ukraine, Turkey or China. We help everyone. We care about every life, about life and health of all those who are in trouble.

Why do you, leaders of the modern civilized world, look at how your citizens are being killed and do nothing. Why can’t you get together to tell Putin he can’t act so? Explain that to mothers of those students who are waiting for them at home and can’t understand why those countries who believe themselves to be so great and so strong can’t save them. I will say it again. We gave information to the Russian Federation that the convoy we were forming was to include foreign citizens as well. We passed the Turkish Ambassador’s note to them, we passed letters, we exchanged all the necessary formal documents to save your citizens, President Erdogan, President Xi Jinping and others.

What are we going to do? We will call on the whole world to say their decisive “no” to Putin’s aggression, killing you, citizens of the free world. We must together say “yes” to humanitarian corridors because it is necessary to save lives of your citizens, the free world. Let us do everything we can to make sure that starting tomorrow humanitarian corridors become possible. Not only from Mariupol, not only because you want to save your citizens.

Our citizens are suffering. We are all suffering. I will once again address the leaders of the free world, the leaders who believe that their countries are strong, that they are great politicians, pull yourselves together, do your best to stop Putin. It is only together that we can stop him. The moment we understand this the war will stop. I again and again urge you to do it, and we will continue doing our job. Glory to Ukraine!"

The Defence Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate has published a list of soldiers of the 6th Separate Tank Brigade of the Russian occupation troops (military unit 54096), which is involved in the invasion.

Since the invaders’ military forces failed to move forward, they continued to deliver missile and bomb blows on civil transport infrastructure facilities and to fire at and kill the residents. In such a way, the occupiers are violating the International humanitarian law. In the Kharkiv region, the town of Lyptsi, they make people wear red and white stripes and hang white flags on buildings.

At about 2 p.m., the enemy launched a massive missile attack on the Vinnytsia airport and continued the shelling of Mariupol, Irpin and other Ukrainian cities and villages during the day. In order to attract volunteers, propaganda materials regarding “the atrocities of neo-fascists and the need to eliminate fascism” distribution was increased (data are being specified).
