Before they started the war against Ukraine, the Russian troops were handed out a propaganda “code of honour”. Ukrainian intelligence showed this “piece of literature” which belonged to the captive Russians. The text is full of hatred, fascist war propaganda, primitive conspiracy theories and is designed for highly educated people, as the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine states.

Good evening! WE’RE FROM UKRAINE!
It's a quiet day today and I don't like it much. I feel that the orcs are angry and began to behave more aggressively. "Tigers" are now accompanying columns both in front and from behind. In general, they are scared.
They have a huge shortage of fuel. We’ve cleaned them all up well. There was an attempt to enter through Kulbakino. But it looked like they were just distracting us. And they themselves are moving in the direction of Voznesensk and Yuzhnoukrainsk. But we can see them and we are following them!
Today they had an attempt to enter in a column in the backward direction of Kherson.
Now we are working with the humanitarian aid, with supplies, medicine. We are getting ready.
Today we yet again captured a lot of equipment. Now it will be driven around the city. Do not shoot!
At the moment, our tactic is simple – to sap their strength. We are slowly moving towards victory.
I am very proud for the cities of Kherson, Kakhovka and other cities and towns. It seems that you will soon drive them out and regain control of your land. And we carry on working.

Khariton Starsky named three reasons why Russia will no longer exist, and why victory is ours:
“I know that we all feel pretty anxious right now, the whole nation knows no rest.
We are on the plateau after the first days of euphoria and spirit-raising experienced because of our victories. We all feel pretty uncomfortable inside and that is why I am recording this video. There are three main reasons why Russia will die:
The botox mourner turned out to be the complete imbecile asshole.
Before the invasion started, I had much less belief we will win. Russia used to apply propaganda, its main weapon, pretty effectively. They used to have everything: West-aimed channels like Nash and Zik, and internal consumer-aimed paper media. The botox jerk could invest in them, to use Ukraine’s weak spot and to divide us. Instead, the first missile he launched did not hit Ukraine, it roasted Kiselyov’s, Skabeyeva’s and Solovyov’s asses. He lost all his influence in the whole world. As long as most of Ukraine was in peace, I did not think we are capable to fight its media with all the recourses and YouTube bloggers. However, the botox moron screwed it up in one night, he united the Ukrainians into one nation fighting the Russian invader. Have a look at who is waging the war for Russia: Soviet degenerates with Soviet equipment. We, on our side, are motivated, with modern equipment. We have the Ghost of Kyiv, with support from foreign Intelligence and volunteers from the whole world.
Ukraine is the Motherland of the guerrilla movement with a long history. Now you can see the artillery battery which was capable of destroying the whole city. Instead, Mykolaiv guerrillas came at night and took over the sleeping Russians.
Russians think we are afraid of death. When you see kids being killed, schools, kindergartens and hospitals destroyed, you are not afraid of death. It only makes us angry. All the draftees and Kadirov’s army soldiers as well as members of elite units – they all want to live, but they will not be so lucky. We will never let it happen”.

The title of Hero of Ukraine was conferred upon him in 2016.
However, he had only one dream: “I want our country to be free – free for real, with the right to make its own choices, to follow its own way. I want the war to come to an end soon. He said in one of the interviews that he is not going to leave the army until he retires. He served heroically and perished heroically. On his birthday. We will never forgive. We will revenge”.
