Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that children with disabilities, orphans, children in difficult life circumstances and people with disabilities continue to be evacuated from the capital.
Yesterday, about 1,000 Kyivans of such categories were evacuated to Poland. Among them are about 200 children with disabilities. In total, more than 3,000 people have already been evacuated to Europe these days.

The invaders launched a missile attack on Vinnytsia. The head of the Regional State Administration, Sergii Borzov, said that the missile hit a military facility. Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russian troops fired eight rockets at Vinnytsia.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of Donetsk Regional State Administration, reported that the Russian invaders shelled apartment houses in Kramatorsk. At least two people have been killed. Many people have been wounded, but the exact number is not known yet. Experts have not yet determined definitively what kind of weapon was used. They suggest it could have been a cruise missile similar to the one that the Ukrainian air defence forces shot down yesterday near Kramatorsk.

Today, the invaders fired eight rockets on Vinnytsia, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported. Against the background of this incident, the president appealed to the West again with a demand to establish a no-fly zone over Ukraine or provide combat aircraft at the very least, so that Ukrainians could defend themselves against the Russian rockets and bombs. Otherwise, Zelenskyy said, it would mean that the West also wanted the Ukrainians to be slowly exterminated.

Anton Herashchenko, adviser to the minister of internal affairs of Ukraine, reported that the second attempt to create a “green corridor” for civilians in Mariupol was again thwarted by Russians shelling. Today was just like yesterday: the militants opened fire, without observing the regime of silence.

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba noted that while some countries, companies and corporations are doing their best to disassociate and isolate Russia, some are trying to sit on two chairs: both helping Ukraine and trading with the invaders. The Foreign Ministry will soon start listing such companies and countries - there will be surprises.

BBC reporters showed people queuing for evacuation trains to Poland at the Lviv railway station. Lviv has turned into a hub of sorts where thousands of Ukrainians from combat zones arrive. Some of them stay here, and some are trying to move on and cross the border.

Prosecutor-General Iryna Venediktova said that Illya Kiva, a former MP of the Oppositional Platform for Life Party, was suspected of encroaching on the territorial integrity of the country, treason, illegal handling of weapons and producing and distributing Communist symbols and propaganda.

Odesa. Another enemy aircraft is shot down in the skies over the Black Sea.

The Russian invaders disrupted the work of 34 hospitals in Ukraine, Minister of Healthcare Viktor Liashko said. Some healthcare facilities have no electricity, some have been damaged by shelling, and some have been destroyed and will no longer be able to take patients at all. This is a violation of the Geneva Convention.

A new program, YePidtrymka (e-aid), will be launched in Ukraine. The government will pay 6,500 UAH to every hired employee and individual entrepreneur who lost their source of income because of the war, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reported.
