"On the sanctions... They are really good," he added.
Just wanted to clarify the tweet below so it doesn't read as an end-of-war prediction. (Sadly it's not). My resources comment was about existing inventory/supplies in Ukraine. More can and will be supplied, but is a logistical nightmare.

Partly it went under Kharkiv, where the invaders troops suffered huge losses, partly entangled in local gullies, partly destroyed," Arestovych wrote. He also said that the first strike of the invaders cruise missiles in many places came on mock-ups.
"Both the firebags and the endless kill boxes into which our military drags the enemy troops are all a sober and cold-blooded calculation, implementing the leadership and personnel of our army with the methodicality of a rotary excavator," he said.
According to Arestovich, the world's best military gave Ukraine 48 hours.
"On the tenth day, the Ukrainian air force, which was given three hours, is blowing the enemy out of the sky. Our success is a pattern. Clearly realized cause-and-effect relations are specially constructed," the expert stressed.
"Even now, when the Kremlin is still puffed up and gleeful, they openly admit that it is impossible to occupy Ukraine and they are not going to. We will chase them back. All our houses and cities will come back to us," he added.
