A meeting between Ukrainian and Russian presidents Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Vladimir Putin may take place in the near future, an adviser to the head of the presidential office, Mykhaylo Podolyak, has said.

"We believe that the package of documents is ready, the key document is the Treaty on Security Guarantees, which solves the issues of war and peace, and where there are already declared countries that Andriy Yermak is consulting with. So we can probably come to an understanding that there will be a meeting of the Presidents in the nearest future. It is impossible to say when exactly, because this is already a logistical issue," the OPU representative summarized.

Russian occupiers have started to mine Ukrainian territory with POM-3 Medallion mines. Cases of mines with a seismic sensor have been reported in Kharkiv and Sumy regions. Such mines are triggered by human footsteps. They are only produced in Russia.

The occupiers have not given up their attempts to capture or at least encircle Kyiv and Chernihiv to the end. There is no mass withdrawal of Russian troops from these areas, Defence Ministry's spokesman Oleksandr Motuzyanyk at a briefing. 

NATO should strengthen land, air and marine defence capabilities in the Baltic region - Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas. 

Around 300 civilians have been killed in Irpin. 50% of the city's infrastructure destroyed - Irpin mayor Oleksandr Markushin. The occupiers crushed the bodies of those killed with tanks.

State Emergency Service of Ukraine: As of 4 PM, March 30th, 15 people were killed, and 33 people were wounded as a result of the attack on Mykolaiv Regional Administration. The rescue mission continues.

In Lysychansk evacuation buses were shelled by enemy, no victims. On March 30th during another evacuation of Lysychansk residents the buses were shelled by Russians.

No one was hurt. 260 people have been saved from the city during the day.

Also 25 people were evacuated from Rubizhne, 73 from Severodonetsk, 58 from Kreminna and 13 from Popasna.

Head-Office of Intelligence of Ukraine got at its disposal a list of personnel of 1327th centre of applied intelligence units and special purpose units of GRU (Russian intelligence) that commit war crimes against the people of Ukraine.

General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published a report as of 12 AM, March 30th:

- The enemy took losses and apparently, for the time being, isn't pursuing its goal to block Kyiv. The enemy is regrouping the units to focus on the attack in the Eastern operational area.

- The enemy personnel is demoralized and poorly motivated to continue its combat activity in Ukraine. The Russian military command is attempting to mobilize volunteers, however, it has no support from the public.

- Volyn: No enemy movement or change in enemy unit composition was noticed. The Armed Forces of Belarus continue their operational and combat preparations.

- Polissia: Enemy units are moving along the Ukrainian-Belarusian border. Meanwhile, the enemy is gathering units near Chernobyl NPP, Chernobyl Shelter Structure, and the exclusion zone in general. There was an enemy convoy movement from Ivankiv towards Chernobyl NPP.

- Sivershchyna: The enemy focuses on conducting recon and diversion missions, reinforcing its positions, and launching artillery strikes against positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and infrastructure facilities around Chernihiv.

- Brovary: A certain part of enemy units is being withdrawn towards the Russian border.

- Slobozhanshchyna: The invaders are still blocking Kharkiv and launching artillery attacks against Kharkiv.

- Izium: The enemy is growing its units by moving the 20th Combined Arms Army and 1st Tank Army from other directions. Also, the enemy keeps launching missile and artillery attacks.

- Donetsk: The enemy increased its activity and assault attempts. It keeps launching airstrikes against built-up areas. The main enemy focus is taking under control Popasna, Rubizhne, and Mariupol.

- Southern Bug: The enemy is attempting to restore its units, refill ammunition and oil reserves. Also, the enemy reinforces its position and launches artillery strikes and airstrikes to hinder the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

National Police in the Luhansk Region informs: Civilians who were hiding in a bomb shelter in Popasna, Luhansk region, were injured as a result of a Russian attack. It happened on March 29th.

Armed Forces of Ukraine shared a story from a Ukrainian soldier, call sign Sid: "This photo shows a loader-transport vehicle for a Russian Heavy Flamethrower System, TOS-1A "Solntsepyok". This vehicle should work in a complex with transport and launcher machines. However, a Russian convoy destroyed by the 93th brigade "Kholodny Yar" only had this one vehicle from the whole complex.

The convoy was moving along the Kharkiv region when it was attacked. The invaders began to flee. This loader-transport vehicle was turned around to retrieve to the Russian border. However, the enemy was eventually ambushed."

The A59 and A61 bus routes have resumed operation in Kyiv to bring passengers to the Troyeshchyna platform of the city's electric train. A circular electric train route was launched in Kyiv on 27 March.

Lysychansk shelling continues - Russians have destroyed a kindergarten - Luhansk Regional State Administration. 

In Khmelnytsky, the enemy agent was sentenced to 4 years in prison. He called for seizing power in Ukraine and for the Ukrainian military to join the so-called L / DNR.
