Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic posted "brotherly" photos from Moscow with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico. Representatives of the two European countries arrived in Russia on May 8 to participate in dictator Vladimir Putin's Victory Day parade on May 9.

"A fraternal meeting with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico tonight in Moscow. Serbs and Slovaks are brothers forever!" – the Serbian president captioned the photo.

In the published footage, representatives of two European countries hug and talk in front of the Kremlin.

High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas criticized the Serbian president's visit to Russia to participate in a military parade, , according to A2 CN. She said it would not go unnoticed.

"On the one hand, it's positive that the Serbian army is not participating in the parade. It would have been even more problematic... Of course, member states are not taking this lightly. When we discuss the next steps, member states have many questions. Who is your friend that you are really dealing with?" she said.

In the evening of May 8, Fico's plane landed in Moscow despite the fact that on May 7, a number of European countries banned him from flying through their airspace. As a result, he had to change his route and choose the southern route – through Hungary, Romania, the Black Sea, Georgia and Russia.

Vucic flew to Moscow with stops – the plane landed in Baku. At the airport, he was met by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko.
