Ukraine's Armed Forces have already begun to use the long-range Storm Shadow missiles provided by the United Kingdom to attack military targets of the Russian Federation, reported CNN with reference to government sources.

Two U.S. administration sources and a Western official familiar with the matter told the agency that Ukraine has already begun using long-range Storm Shadow cruise missiles against invading Russian forces.

CNN also sought confirmation from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, but a representative of the department refused to comment on this information.

On Monday, Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ihnat reported that although there were no Storm Shadow weapons in Ukraine yet, there would be "no problems" with their use.
