Zelenskyy imposes sanctions on 66 people and 62 companies after Russian massive attack

The first decree №102/2026 aimed at limiting the capabilities of the Russian military-industrial complex. The list includes 24 individuals and 27 companies. These are, in particular, companies that supply goods for the manufacture of parts for Russian missiles and drones, which Russia, in particular, used during the attack on Ukraine on the night of February 7. Without foreign components, their production would be impossible.
The restrictions were imposed, among others, on a Hong Kong-based company, a branch of a Russian bank in Shanghai, and a number of Chinese companies.
The second decree №103/2026 concerns the financial infrastructure of the aggressor state and personally those who help Russia circumvent sanctions imposed by Ukraine, the European Union and the United States. The list includes 42 individuals and 35 legal entities.
In addition to citizens and companies from Russia, the sanctions list includes citizens of Kyrgyzstan, as well as companies from that country, the United Arab Emirates, Georgia, and Panama.
The A7 cryptocurrency network ecosystem, which, in particular, is used to pay for the supply of components for the production of Russian missiles, was sanctioned. The sanctions were also imposed on the Association of Developers and Users of Technologies that Support the Russian Crypto Market and Industrial Accumulation of Virtual Currency. They also include payment operators, owners of cryptocurrencies and crypto exchanges.
The OP added that some of these decisions will be included in the EU's 20th sanctions package, which is already at the final stage and may be adopted at the end of this February.
