A fire broke out in Lutsk after the Russian attack, and power outages in Odesa

On New Year's Eve, Russians attacked Odesa and Volyn regions with drones, and there are consequences. This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, and the mayor of Lutsk, Ihor Polishchuk.
During the night, Polishchuk reported the movement of enemy UAVs in the direction of the regional center. Around 02:00 he posted a photo of a fire.
"This is the kind of fire that happened on New Year's Eve in our native Lutsk instead of festive lights." wrote Polishchuk, without disclosing details.
At 03:00, the mayor of Lutsk reported about the work of air defense.

Keeper reported that the occupiers attacked Odesa region a few minutes before the New Year. The energy infrastructure of the region was under attack. A fire broke out at one of the facilities.
The head of the JMA added that as a result of the attack, there were interruptions in power supply to critical enterprises that ensure the vital activity of Odesa. All relevant services are working in an emergency mode to eliminate the consequences.
