The Russians try to conduct assault operations in separate directions, carries out air raids and tries to inflict fire damage on certain units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They have no success.
Occupants try to restore combat capability of subdivisions, replenish ammunition and fuel and lubricant materials. Occupants try to activate activity of sabotage and scouting groups in Kyiv.
More than 30 Russian shellings of residential buildings and social infrastructure are fixed in the last 24 hours. Largest destruction is fixed in Bucha, Brovary and Vyshhorod regions. The radiation situation in Kyiv region is stable.
Occupants try to restore their losses with equipment taken from long-term storage. In particular, the enemy deploys repair and restoration base (RRB) at the airfield of Klimove town, Bryansk region (35 km from Ukrainian border). Now RRB of the enemy tries to “put into operation” a significant amount of equipment that comes from long-term storage warehouses. The condition of this equipment is extremely unsatisfactory at most, which makes it impossible to full use.
RF often stumbles a problem of the impossibility to restore its equipment after the “deconservation” from the warehouses. Optical devices and electronics containing precious metals are being stolen from combat vehicles.
In particular, 4th Tank Brigade of RF found out that 1 of 10 “deconservated” tanks appears to be in somewhat working condition. The rest of them are completely dismantled. Part of them does not have even engines. For now plans to transfer warehouse equipment to the frontline are de facto frustrated.

City residents organized a pro-Ukrainian rally with “Slavutych is Ukraine” and “Glory of Ukraine” mottoes. A large state flag was unfurled.

Ukrainian air defense makes Russian army uses drones predominantly. Due to this, Great Britain has introduced sanctions against the Russian main producer of drones - British Intelligence.

- In some areas, the enemy does not abandon attempts to carry out assault operations, makes air raids and tries to inflict fire damage on individual units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The actions are not successful.
- Due to the lack of qualified personnel, the enemy recruits personnel with low moral qualities and persons prone to drug and alcohol abuse.
- The enemy deployed almost all units of its national guard that were stationed in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea and in some areas of Kherson, Zaporizhia and Donetsk regions, to suppress resistance from residents of Kherson, Henichesk, Berdyansk and in some areas of Mariupol.
- The invaders are trying to intensify the activities of sabotage and intelligence groups in Kyiv to destabilize the socio-political situation, disrupt the system of state and military administration.
- There is a tendency of sharp reduction of the number of contractors to conscription service. Thus, the deterioration of the social component due to international sanctions and the loss during the war are likely to deepen the problem of staffing the Russian army with qualified personnel in the coming weeks.

Air defence units shot down 3 enemy planes and 3 drones.
- In the last 24 hours, the Air Defence unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 12 enemy air targets (3 planes, 3 drones, a helicopter and 5 cruise missiles). Air forces under the cover of the fighter aircraft inflicted devastating missile and bomb strikes on the columns of equipment and clusters of troops of the occupiers.
