USA made an official statement declaring russians to commit war crimes in Ukraine after the invasion, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said.

The State Department has released an official assessment that Russian troops have committed war crimes in Ukraine.

Our assessment is based on an accurate analysis of available information from government and intelligence sources, Blinken said. As with any suspected crime, the court with jurisdiction over the crime is ultimately responsible for determining criminal guilt in specific cases.
