- At the temporary occupied territories in Kherson region, the enemy resorts to terror the local inhabitants due to the meetings against occupation; rosguard divisions are actively involved to prevent the noted meetings of civil disobedience against the occupiers’ authority.
- The enemy continue to lose personnel and vehicle in all the directions. Total opposition of the Ukrainian people continues.

Latvia banned 25 Russian cultural figures for active support of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. This was reported by LSM with reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia.

The Sejm of the Republic of Poland has condemned war crimes, violence, genocide and human rights violations by the Russian invaders' troops in Ukraine, who acted on the orders of their dictator Vladimir Putin, Onet.pl reports.

In the east of Kyiv, Ukrainian troops drove back the Russian occupiers 25-35km in a day. A senior Pentagon official said this at a briefing, CNN has reported.

4. Leave the room by the stairs.
5. Do not touch any objects outside.
There are about 12,000 Russian troops around Kyiv right now, 3,000 of them are almost surrounded. Oleksiy Arestovych, an advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, stated this in an interview with Mark Feygin.

Russian invader Sergey Sitolenko—the father-in-law of terrorist Igor “Girkin” Strelkov—has been killed in Ukraine.

USA made an official statement declaring russians to commit war crimes in Ukraine after the invasion, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said.
The State Department has released an official assessment that Russian troops have committed war crimes in Ukraine.
Our assessment is based on an accurate analysis of available information from government and intelligence sources, Blinken said. As with any suspected crime, the court with jurisdiction over the crime is ultimately responsible for determining criminal guilt in specific cases.
Blinken also added that USA government will continue to track reports of russia war crimes and share information with allies, partners and international organizations and institutions.
An elderly man stole a truck with weapons and ammunition from the occupiers and brought it to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russian occupants shelled Chernihiv again and damanged the main ammonia pipeline, Viacheslav Chaus, the head of State Military Administration, said.
At 18:50, as a result of a shell hitting the engine room of one of the city's food enterprises, the main ammonia pipeline was damaged. One of it's container was also damaged by shrapnel. Right now the concentration of ammonia fumes stays within the acceptable range. Preliminary there are no casualties ot injured. The shelling of the city continues. Further projectile hits might result in ammonia leackage.

An employee of russian website of investigative journalists The Insider Oksana Baulina was killed by gunfire in Kyiv when performing the editorial assignment.
The journalist was filming the destruction of Podil region of Ukrainian capital after shelling by russian troops and was caught by new rocket fire.
One more civilian has died with her. Two of her escort were injured and hospitalized.
