Former NATO Deputy Secretary General Rose Gottemoeller told the BBC that the dispersal of a Russian military convoy north of Kyiv could be seen not as preparation for an attack, but as a sign of the failure of the planned offensive. “I doubt they have the ability to regroup, their logistics are in such a bad state that they simply may not have the fuel reserves needed to advance on Kyiv,” she said.

In Arestovych’s opinion, those reserves would be transferred to the zone of Joint Forces Operation, surrounding of Kyiv and probably to Kharkiv. Still, he assures that those reserves also will be smashed. Arestovych prognoses that attempts of russians to attack would last for three and a half weeks more, after that “they will be like pink kittens”, as there would not be anybody to fight.

Stroke and covered with smoke equipment is moving for some time after that, than stops, and the staff escape.
