Donbass. According to Joint Forces Operation Headquarters, 6506 persons were evacuated from Lugansk region towns, about 3572 persons were evacuated from Donetsk region towns since the beginning of full scaled russian war against Ukraine.

It is known that Donetsk and Lugansk regions suffer continuous enemy shelling for a number of days. Some towns are temporarily occupied by russians, and in Mariupol they arranged a humanitarian catastrophe by blocking water and food supply and preventing from people evacuation to a safe territory.

Minister of Interior stated that all these regions build together the geographical map of the humanitarian catastrophe, for which the enemy bears fully and exclusively responsibility.

Monastyrskyi stated as well that the senior police sergeant Oleksii Ponomarenko died while rescuing people under bullets in Demidov, Kyiv Region.

Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs: Putin is open to direct negotiations with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
