High-rise buildings in Bila Tserkva damaged by Russian attack, there are victims – photos

On the night of December 31, Russians attacked Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, with drones, damaging high-rise buildings and injuring two people. This was reported to by the head of the regional military administration Mykola Kalashnyk.

A man born in 1964 sustained shrapnel wounds to his arm and head. A woman born in 1977 suffered an acute stress reaction.

Two multi-storey buildings were damaged – windows were smashed and balconies were damaged.

The Air Force reported that a total of 127 drones attacked Ukraine at night: 20 attack UAVs hit 11 locations.

• As of the morning of the 31st, the city of Vyshhorod in Kyiv region is back in power – thousands of homes were without electricity for about 100 hours after another Russian shelling. Heat supply restored in Obukhiv district.
