Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, is under attack by Russian "shaheds". Houses damaged, two people injured

On the night of December 31, Russians attacked Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, with drones, damaging high-rise buildings and injuring two people. This was reported to by the head of the regional military administration Mykola Kalashnyk.
A man born in 1964 sustained shrapnel wounds to his arm and head. A woman born in 1977 suffered an acute stress reaction.
Two multi-storey buildings were damaged – windows were smashed and balconies were damaged.
The Air Force reported that a total of 127 drones attacked Ukraine at night: 20 attack UAVs hit 11 locations.



- On the night of December 31, Russia also massively attacked Odesa with attack drones, injuring six people, three of them children.
- As of the morning of the 31st, the city of Vyshhorod in Kyiv region is back in power – thousands of homes were without electricity for about 100 hours after another Russian shelling. Heat supply restored in Obukhiv district.
