Russia massively strikes Odesa: a high-rise building catches fire, a baby is among the victims

On the night of December 31, Russia massively attacked Odesa with attack drones, resulting in casualties, including children. This was reported by the head of the regional military administration Oleh Kiper and the head of the city military administration Serhiy Lysak .

Russian "shahids" attacked the region's housing, logistics and energy infrastructure.

In Odesa, as a result of falling debris and direct hits in two districts, the facades and glazing of several multi-storey buildings were damaged. Fires broke out in apartments in one of the buildings. The fire damaged cars.

Four people were injured, three of them children: a seven-month-old baby, an eight-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy. All of them are in moderate condition. Another victim, a 42-year-old man, is in serious condition .

  • Russia regularly attacks the energy and port infrastructure of Odesa and the region. On Christmas night, one person died and two others were injured as a result of attack on the port and industrial infrastructure of Odesa region.
  • On the night of December 22, the occupiers attacked the largest port in Ukraine, located north of Odesa. 30 containers with flour and oil caught fire.
  • Due to Russian attacks in Odesa, oil stains were found near the beaches of Dolphin and Lanzheron, as well as dead birds .
