President of European Commission von der Leyen to visit Kyiv on Europe Day, May 9
Tomorrow, on Europe Day, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, will come to Kyiv, reported the press service of the European Commission.

In Kyiv, von der Leyen will meet with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, reaffirming the unwavering support for Ukraine from the European Union.
"We warmly welcome the announcement by President Zelesnkyy that the 9th of May will from now on also be celebrated as Europe Day in Ukraine," the European Commission said.
On May 7, Ukraine's Defense Intelligence representative Andriy Yusov suggested that on May 9, the Russians may be preparing provocations against Ukraine.
Starting tomorrow, every year on May 9, Ukraine will celebrate Europe Day after President Zelenskyy signed the corresponding decree on Monday.
