In Cherkasy region, military of the CCC are instructed before departure to avoid conflicts with civilians

In Cherkasy region, before each visit, the alert teams of the territorial recruitment and social support centers are instructed in connection with attacks on the military. This was reported by the Cherkasy Regional Recruiting and Social Support Center in response to a request from LIGA.net.

In 2025, it was recorded increase in the number of attacks for representatives of assembly centers, compared to 2024.

"Before each departure of the alert group for mobilization activities, the military is instructed on how to comply with the law and communicate with civilians in a non-conflict manner," the response reads.

The Cherkasy TCC also noted that to ensure the transparency and legality of the mobilization, TCC employees working in alert groups use body cameras. At the same time, the events take place with the participation of police officers.

To ensure legitimate interaction, de-escalation of conflicts, increase trust and improve the effectiveness of mobilization, the military of the TCC adhere to the Code of Good Conduct and Professional Ethics for Military Officials, Civil Servants and Other Persons Authorized to Perform State Functions, as well as the Rules of Dialogue and Conduct for Military Personnel of the TCC and JV, the regional center assured.
