Russia drops a missile on an ecopark near Kharkiv: birds are killed, a volunteer is injured – photos

In addition, winter quarters for predators and birds, as well as buildings for small animals, were destroyed. Lions were injured as a result of the strike. He added that the Ecopark does not yet understand what happened to the tigers.
"One [tiger] ran into a three-story building, another one is sitting in a half-open enclosure. He hid in a hut. He is still sitting there. We are waiting for a sedative gun. We had all the sedatives in the room that was hit by the CAB. We are waiting for the gun to move it to another cage. Most of the birds are dead, if not all of them," he said.
According to Feldman, an aircraft shell hit the poultry house. All the parrots, pheasants, all the elite birds that need warm conditions were in this building.
Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office clarified reported that the Russians attacked the ecopark in the village of Lisne at about 11:20. They confirmed the death of birds and damage to the premises.
The prosecutor's office also clarified the age of the injured volunteer. She is 44 years old.





"The Feldman Ecopark is an environmental and educational complex in the village of Lisne, Dergachi district, created for animal protection, environmental education and social support. The park combines a zoo, animal contact zones, rehabilitation centers, educational programs and space for family recreation. After the outbreak of full-scale war in 2022, the ecopark suffered significant damage, and some of the animals were evacuated.
- This is not the first Russian attack on Feldman Ecopark. On the night of March 3, 2025 killed by shelling two goats, one of which was waiting to be replenished. Five other animals were injured.
