Briefly on how and with what equipment the Russians drove to "invade" Ukraine:
UK Ministry of Defence on Twitter: Ukrainian air defences appear to have enjoyed considerable success against Russia’s modern combat aircraft, probably preventing them achieving any degree of control of the air.
Ground Forces Commander Oleksandr Sirskyy on the situation at checkpoints in the northwestern direction of the capital's suburbs: "Based on the results of inspections I can say that the morale of our heroes holding the defence at the outskirts of Kyiv is extremely high. All our defenders are doing an excellent job and inflicting maximum losses on the enemy... We are ready to give the Russian troops an inhospitable encounter".

Defence Minister Oleksiy Reznikov informed that the country's military and political leadership is holding intensive negotiations with partners to receive aid for Ukraine's defence.
The minister once again urged Ukrainians not to spread reports about certain countries providing weapons to our state: "Refrain from commenting on this issue. Leave the right to speak out on these topics exclusively to officials. I understand people's desire to share good news. But sometimes this creates a background of information that has a negative impact on the outcome".
Russian “peacemakers” went to Kharkiv to “liberate” it from the “Nazis” in three days. Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has published a video of the interrogation of a Russian captive—one of the first ones to finally admit that he went not to drill but to war.
“We were ordered to capture the city, hold all main roads, cut off exit routes for civilians, and occupy the city. Also, we had permission to open fire on non-combatants and all city residents,” the captive platoon commander said.
The officer in the video and one soldier were the only survivors from the invaders’ platoon. Their willingness to surrender was the only reason they were spared, SBU noted.
Dear friends,
We call on you on behalf of the entire LIGA.net team.
We have already fixed our bank details. So, if you are not in Ukraine and want to support us, you can do so according to the new details below.
Today, some of our journalists defend Ukraine within the Territorial Defence Forces ranks, fighting with arms. At the same time, all other workers of Ligamedia are involved in the work for a single purpose – to inform the world about the crimes committed by the Russian occupiers in the territory of Ukraine.
Following this purpose, we work on the war news LIVE around the clock, keeping it updated in three languages – Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
The truth, send to the world by all Ukrainian journalists, has a direct impact on what support we receive from the partnering states, what are the sanctions that are introduced against Russia, and what is the number of military volunteers arriving in Ukraine.
Our team works on the edge, sparing no efforts. We work directly from the bomb shelters and basements. However, we have now lost all our financial sources which means that without external support the company will not be able to keep the staff.
That is why we have to ask you for help. Support us so that the team of Liga.net would be capable to continue fighting successfully on the information front.

During the night, the AFU ground units, the National Guard and the Territorial Defence Forces launched a counteroffensive against artillery positions and Russian multiple rocket launchers which had been systematically shelling the outskirts of Kharkiv city.
After unsuccessful resistance, the enemy resorted to fleeing, while abandoning military equipment in the form of heavy weapons. Part of the enemy personnel have fled into the woodlands towards Belgorod, so locals are asked to be cautious and contribute to the search if possible.

This is how Kostyantyn Ostrozkyi independent mechanized brigade’s artillery works.
“This is what it looks like on our side—so majestic and formidable! On the enemy side... only psychically strong people can handle that. Our brigade’s gunners asked us to tell Ukraine and Ukrainians that their weapons are in good order and there is enough ammunition. Our guns’ every volley brings death to the invaders,” the Joint Forces Operation Staff wrote.
Another Russian tank took a "flaming" ride:
