Ukrainian war journalist Viktor Dudar was killed during battles against Russian invaders near Mykolaiv, said Anton Herashchenko, an advisor to the Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Russian troops conducted an air strike on the town of Makarov in Kyiv Region. The shell hit the territory of the Makarov bread-baking factory (which is not in operation). Units of the State Emergencies Service rescued 5 people from under the rubble, and 13 dead were found.  

Ukrainian Railroads Ukrzaliznytsia produced 4417 anti-tank Czech hedgehogs. On average it takes them 2 minutes to produce 1 hedgehog.

"Dumska" informs, that Russian patrol ship Vasyl Bykov was destroyed as a result of special operation by the Ukrainian Navy. Light boats (one of them perished in the operation) maneuvered the ship into the zone of reach of artillery batteries. The edition maintains that Vasyl Bykov  was seriously damaged and sunk.

The third round of talks between the delegations of Ukraine and the occupying Russia has begun. A video from Belovezhskaya Pushcha was posted by Mikhailo Podolyak, adviser to the Chief of President's Office.

"Any minute from now, we will start a dialogue with representatives of the country, which still believes that in the 21st century it is possible to force some long-term results. We will try to prove them wrong. This is first. And secondly, please disregard any fakes with some names there - Yanukovych, Boyko, I don't know who else they want to appoint as special representatives in Ukraine, like Muraiev or Kyva. Everything will be as is right for Ukraine and in the best interests of our people, who have already proved that the country is winning. Thank you!", said the adviser to the Chief of President’s Office.

Ukrainian Secrete Service SBU detained an FSB (Russian Secret Service) agent who was promoting ideas of the “Russian world”, collecting information about social and political situation in Ukraine and engaging in informational campaigns. Ukrainian special service was also able to identify the coordinator from Moscow for this agent.

Right now, counter surveillance and investigators from SBU are working with this FSB agent. He is under arrest.

A hearing on the "Ukraine v. Russia" lawsuit against the occupying nation for violating the 1948 genocide convention began today at the International Court of Justice at Hague. Representatives of the Russian Federation ignored the court: Russian Ambassador to the Netherlands Shulgin said that Russia does not intend to participate in the process.

During the 11 days of the war, the Russian invaders damaged or destroyed 202 schools, 34 hospitals, over 1,500 residential buildings, including apartment buildings.

The situation on the ground in Izyum, Kharkiv Region: Russian troops entered the right-bank part of the city, and the bridge across the Siverskyi Donets River was blown up, deputy mayor Volodymyr Matsokin informed LIGA.net. Before that, the city had been shelled for at least 12 hours, he added. The city's civil and housing infrastructure was destroyed; there is no heating, gas, or running water now. Electricity, comms, and the internet have been partially disrupted. It was impossible to deliver food supplies, too, he said. Some people were killed and injured by the shelling, Head of the Youth and Sports Department Maksym Strelnik added. He also said the city hospital had been destroyed, and medications had run out.

EU countries are preparing a new package of sanctions against Russia for invading Ukraine: restrictions on ports and ships, against a large number of individuals, as well as technologies used in military hardware and equipment.

Vitaliy Kim: Mykolaiv Airport has been freed from the occupiers.

Another 14 Russian service members were arrested in the Sumy Region. The Armed Forces of Ukraine captured a convoy of the aggressor country's military hardware while it was on the move.

Police delivered the occupiers to the police department, where primary investigative actions are already performed.

Russian invaders did not advance in any of the areas of operations over the past day. “Moreover, according to unverified preliminary data, the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv Region have liberated Chuhuiv, in the vicinity of which an important military airfield is located,” advisor to the Head of the Office of the President Oleksii Arestovych informs.

The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine: Olvia seaport has just been shelled. There were no injuries.

The territory under attack is a leasehold estate of QTerminals Olvia, a Qatari company.

The Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has set up a separate special unit of the International Legion of Defence of Ukraine.

Today is the twelfth day of the Ukrainian people's heroic resistance to the Russian military invasion.

The enemy continues an offensive operation against Ukraine, focusing its main efforts on encircling Kyiv, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Mariupol and Mykolayiv. They do not give up on attempts to reach the administrative borders of Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

The Russian occupiers are concentrating their main efforts in the Polesk direction to encircle Kyiv. In the main directions, up to 2 BTGr are concentrated near Hostomel; up to 3 BTGr reinforced by tank units near Bucha; up to 2 BTGr near Borodyanka; and up to 2 BTGr near Sitnyaky.

In the occupied territories, the enemy tries immediately to establish an administrative and police regime through undisguised terror targeting the local inhabitants.

The occupants continue to prepare for an offensive on Vyshgorod.

The enemy is also preparing to resume the offensive in the directions of Hostomel, Irpin and Stoyanka.

In the Seversk direction the enemy with the units of two general army and tank division of the Central Military District concentrated the main efforts in the directions of Brovary - up to 2 BTGr; in the areas of Semenovka, Mena, Bobrovitsa - up to 3 BTGr; in Boryspil - up to 4 BTGr.

The Russian invader attempts to ensure tactical superiority in the Brovary and Boryspil districts. The invaders attempt to establish control over Chernihiv and concentrate units of the 41st General Army of the Central Military District near its southern outskirts. They attempt to make preparations for an attack on Sumy.

On the slobozhan direction, the enemy, using the units of the Panzer Army, two combined arms armies and the army corps, is trying to continue the offensive towards Dnipro.
The main efforts are concentrated in the directions of Kaniv, Dnipro and Severodonetsk. Carries out regrouping to continue the offensive in certain directions to take control of Kaniv HPP.

In the Donetsk direction, the enemy with up to seven BTGr continues its offensive in the directions of Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia, with the aim of reaching the administrative boundaries of Donetsk Oblast. Despite heavy losses, it advances towards Volnovakha.

The invaders made repeated attempts to break through the defences near Staromlinovka and seize Zachatovka, but suffered significant losses and withdrew to Lubimovka.

At the same time, the enemy tries to break through the city's defences near the western suburbs of Mariupol, Stary Krym. With no success.

In the Tauride direction, the invader forces up to 17 BTGr hold the lines in the Kherson region. The main efforts are concentrated in the following areas: Mykolaiv - up to 2 BTGr, Voznesensk - up to 2 BTGr, Belgorod-Dnistrovsky - up to 4 BTGr, Zaporizhzhia - up to 4 BTGr; Mariupol - up to 3 BTGr.

The enemy is regrouping troops for a further offensive on Zaporizhzhya. The enemy urgently restores the runway at the Melitopol airfield.

The enemy is not active in the Bessarabian direction, but troops of the operational group of Russian troops in the security zone of the self-proclaimed DMR are on high combat readiness.

Despite a large number of troops, the morale of the occupants is low. Having suffered losses, the enemy units are losing their offensive potential and are surrendering en masse to Ukrainian defenders and civilians.

Many people are joining the ranks of the district's Territorial Defence Force.

Boryspil District. Utility services and infrastructure are working as usual. The district's borders are being fortified; checkpoints are being set up on the roads. Multiple air raid alerts were heard at night.

Fastiv District. An airstrike hit the village of Byshiv at 5 AM, destroying a pharmacy building.
- On the Byshiv–Lyshnia road section, electricity lines were destroyed. Competent services have already been notified. As of 7 AM, fallback electricity supply was activated in the village, except for its central part. No people were hurt.

Bila Tserkva District. Utility services have been hard at work there. Volunteers have started actively providing assistance to the military and civilians. Provision of humanitarian aid for locals is being organized.

Vyshhorod District. The northern part of the district remains under enemy occupation.
- Polissia, Dymer, and Ivankiv communities are on the verge of humanitarian disaster.
- The enemy is continuously regrouping its forces.

!! The district receives humanitarian, medical, and food aid. However, the enemy hampers any efforts at helping the occupied communities.
- The people leaving the occupied territory on their own get help and are evacuated from the district.
!! In the Dymer direction, around 500 people were evacuated this morning.

Brovary District. The movement of enemy equipment has been spotted.
- Battles took place on the territory of some settlements in the Baryshivka, Kalyta, and Velyka Dymerka territorial communities. The situation remains tense in this part of the district.
- Communication and electricity supply in the villages of Mokrets and Zavorychi, Kalyta Territorial Community, were disrupted. The decisions on their restoration are being made. Also, the enemy's active movement has been seen in these villages.
!! Yesterday, 12 civilians were evacuated from the area of hostilities.
- In the village of Rusanov, Velyka Dymerka Territorial Community, private houses were destroyed. The gas supply has already been restored, but there is no electricity, running water, heating, and communication.
- In the village of Peremoha, the local church, priest's house, and the house for lonely older people were damaged. The evacuation of those willing to leave the area continues. In the village of Lukashi, the running water supply was disrupted.

In the district's other territorial communities, critical infrastructure works as usual.

Obukhiv District. Infrastructure restoration and provision of aid to locals is underway. No air raids have been reported. Checkpoints are being fortified.
