Iran, after the US attack on nuclear facilities, still sees a chance for peace talks with US President Donald Trump. This was stated by Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baqai in an interview with Sky News .

According to him, after the US attack, Iran felt that "diplomacy was betrayed." He also accused America of allegedly violating international law and supporting "Zionist aggression.".

Nevertheless, Bakai said that "diplomacy never ends." Now, the US must demonstrate the sincerity of its desire for peace.

"Diplomacy should not be abused or used as a tool of deception or simply for a kind of psychological warfare against its adversaries... My minister is in talks with Oman, Qatar and other countries," said Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman.
