NABU detective Magamedrasulov's father's preventive measure changed to personal commitment
A new preventive measure in the form of a personal commitment has been imposed on the father of National Anti-Corruption Bureau employee Ruslan Magamedrasulov. About this reported zMINA from the courtroom.
On January 23, a judge of Kyiv's Pechersk Court partially granted the motion of the Security Service of Ukraine investigator to change the measure of restraint for September Magamedrasulov. The court imposed an obligation on him to report any changes in his place of residence or work.
The duties will be valid until March 22, 2026 inclusive.
Anti-Corruption Action Center remindedthe court reported that earlier, the Pechersk court had released Magamedrasulov Sr. from custody, but imposed a measure of restraint in the form of nightly house arrest. Since prosecutors did not have time to extend the house arrest, they filed a new motion.
