Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and other representatives of the country allegedly do not mind a third round of negotiations with Ukraine, even at the level of leaders. This was stated by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in an interview with TRThaber.

According to him, the closest moment to peace for Russia and Ukraine was the talks in Istanbul. He said that Russia is allegedly ready for the third round of talks and is waiting for Ukraine's response.

Dictator Putin himself is allegedly also in favor of a meeting in the format of presidents.

"What is new about the leaders' summit is that compared to the past, everyone, including Mr. Putin, sees no problem with their current interlocutors getting together. There is no problem with the principle that Messrs. Trump, Putin and Zelensky get together as guests of our president," said the head of the Turkish.
