Unreasonable and absurd decision – Sibiga on the ban on entry of three officers to Hungary

Hungary's decision to ban three Ukrainian military officials from entering its territory is unreasonable and absurd. This was stated by Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga.
"We reject Hungary's manipulations and will not tolerate such disrespect for our military. Ukraine reserves the right to take appropriate measures in response," he emphasized .
Earlier, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said that the country bans the entry of Colonel Vitaliy Tkachenko, head of the personnel department of the staff of the Land Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Brigadier General Volodymyr Shvedyuk, commander of the troops of the Operational Command "West" and Colonel Roman Yuzvenko, head of the Mobilization Department of the Defense Ministry.
The ban is related to the fact that Budapest accuses the officers of alleged involvement in the death of a Hungarian after mobilization in Transcarpathia.
- on July 10, the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine denied the information about the alleged beating of a Hungarian that led to his death. According to the military, the deceased was a citizen of Ukraine, legally mobilized on June 14.
- Reacting to the escalation by Hungary, Ukrainian diplomatic spokesman Tychy stated that if Budapest is concerned about the fate of ethnic Hungarians living in Ukraine, then it should demand that Russia end the war .
- Despite Ukraine's position, on July 15, Hungarian Prime Minister Orban said that he would demand that the EU impose sanctions on Ukraine over the alleged fatal beating of a Hungarian in the TCC in Zakarpattia.
