- There is no electricity in the entire city. Some lucky households still have a gas supply. There is no way of fixing the disruptions because of constant shelling.
- The exits from Chernihiv in the direction of Kyiv have been mined. Those who risk leaving have to take “the routes less travelled”. Those are also used to deliver humanitarian aid, albeit it’s problematic. After the thaw, however, these paths will be cut off, and the city will end up in a total blockade.

• The enemy tries to form and transfer the reserves to the borders of Ukraine.
• In Polissya direction, there are no active assaulting action of the enemy detected. Regrouping, fastening the occupied frontiers, and logistics troops provision take place.
• In Siversjkyy direction, separate divisions of the Central Military District continue regrouping and forces and means concentration to recover the assaulting actions. In the direction of Chernihiv, the enemy does not hold active assaulting actions, continue artillery sheeling AFU positions and Chernihiv.
• In the direction of Brovary, the enemy continue to regroup to recover the assaulting actions.
• In Slobozhanskiy, direction the divisions of western military district did not hold active assaulting actions. In directions of Kharkiv and Izyum the enemy tries to hold actions on recovering its divisions that had lost their combat activity. There is still massive shelling of Kharkiv.
• In Donetsk region the enemy is focused mainly to capture the towns of Rubizhne, Severodonetsk, Popasna, Vugledar, and Mariupol.
• In Tavrijsjkyy direction no changes in personnel and position of the enemy is detected. In Kherson region in the districts’ main towns of Kalanchak, Radensjk, Brylivka, and Tarasivka, the divisions of ”russian guard” hold filtering actions to find places of small arms storage.
• In Pivdennobuzjkyy direction the enemy by the defined division tried to assault near the village of Oleksandrivka, failed. In the area of the village Bereznuvate conducted a reconnaissance combat, experienced losses, defeated.
In Vinnytsia region local police and special forces KORD detained probable occupiers’ supporters.
Five men pretending being migrants from Kharkiv region settled in Gaisynsjkyy region and were constantly in touch with russian militants and transferred them gathered information.

From Vorzelj to Bucha they managed to evacuate more than 300 people, and to provide the town with humanitarian support. 11 towns of Donetsk region experienced shelling by the russians for the last 24 hours. At least 43 civil object have been damaged, among them private houses, a school, a kindergarten, a church. There are killed and injured civilians, including children. Mariupol, Avdiivka, Mariinka, Krasnogorivka, Sloviansk, Kostiantynivka, Pokrovsk, Novgorodsjke, New York, Gostre, Ocheretyne have been under the occupiers’ shelling.
About 6:30 a.m. today morning the russian troops launched a missile strike on Druzhkivka. There are victims. The National Police informs.
Exactly at the very moment a column of 15 buses evacuating 1114 Mariupol citizens is heading from Berdiansk to Zaporizhzhia, accompanied by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. In Zaporizhzhia food, medical care and psychological support will be provided, and also the support in resettlement will be provided, City Council of Mariupol informs.

In European Association of zoos and aquariums (EAZA) it was announced about 600 000 usd gathered for the help of Ukrainian zoo that suffered from russian invasion. This amount was gathered thanks to the individual and institutional donors.

- Positions and action characters of the defense during last 24 hours remain the same, still AFU continued to hit the enemy’s groups.
- AFU during 24 hours hit more than 9 air targets of the enemy. This is 1 aircraft, 6 drones, 2 helicopters, number of hit missiles under detalization
- The enemy continue having major problems with its army provision. According to the available information, russian occupiers acting at the territory of Ukraine have provisions and ammunition not more than for 3 days. The same situation with fuel.
- Russian invaders continue to hold an aggressive propaganda with personnel of the Armed Forces of Belarus on necessity to participate in the war with Ukraine
- In Ohtyrka district Sumy region there are facts of disobedience of russian militants. About 300 occupiers rejected to follow the order to fight and 70 vehicles were left at the territory of the operation
- At the temporarily occupied territory the occupier hold mobilization. Major part of the citizens does not support it.
- Ukrainian defenders repealed 13 attacks and destroyed 14 tanks, 8 IFV, 2 multi-purpose towing vehicle light armored, 3 artillery systems, 4 automobiles. Air defense hit 2 air targets of the enemy. Losses of the personnel is about 300.
- The defenders of Mariupol destroyed a patrol cutter “Raptor” and radio electronic fight complex “Leer-3”.
