US President Joe Biden has said that his comment that Russian dictator Putin cannot remain in power expressed his "moral indignation" at Putin's actions, was addressed to the Russians and did not mean a change in US policy towards Russia. He said this at a White House briefing, adding that he did not care what the dictator thought of the statement, CNN reported.
