A new round of trilateral talks between Ukraine, the United States, and Russia was scheduled for february 4 and 5.

A day before the meeting, on the night of February 3, Russia arranged a new massive attack on the Ukrainian energy sector, launching a record number of ballistic missiles. After that, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the work of the Ukrainian negotiating team will be adjusted accordingly.

Meanwhile, the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States handed over to the U.S. State Department detailed information about all the shelling from the Russian side since Moscow agreed to the so-called energy truce.
