Ukraine plans to buy new arms packages from partners in Europe and the United States – the lists have already been handed over. This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at a press conference after the Conference on the Restoration of Ukraine in Rome.

"We have given the details of this package to our friends – we hope for their support," he said .

This includes various types of air defense systems, including Patriot, and missiles for them. It is also planned to purchase artillery, defense systems and other types of weapons necessary for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Regarding Patriot systems, Zelenskyy noted that he has a positive dialogue with US President Donald Trump. Ukraine's request is for 10 systems and the corresponding volume of missiles for them.

"Germany is ready to pay, I have agreements, two systems. Norway is ready to pay, I have bilateral agreements with the prime minister, one system," the president said .

He noted that other European countries could join, but only after understanding clear dates from the manufacturer and the United States. This is the current financing scheme for American Patriot systems.

"It is my task to find this money. But, as I said, we already have an understanding of where the funding will come from," Zelensky emphasized .
