The official registration of the records took place at the Museum of Military Intelligence of Ukraine, which recently opened an exhibition dedicated to the Magura family of maritime drones.

The representative of the Book of Records, Andriy Masyuk, presented official certificates to the head of intelligence Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the unmanned systems department and the soldiers of the Group 13 unit who directly implement maritime special operations using drones.
"We have been observing the development and combat use of Magura and can state with full confidence that these achievements are unique on a global scale. They demonstrate that Ukraine, even in the most difficult conditions, is able to create innovations that change the course of war and serve as a model for others to follow," he said .
Budanov thanked the representatives of the Ukrainian Book of Records and emphasized the high combat effectiveness of the Magura. According to him, every downed aircraft and sunk enemy ship is a reduction in the enemy's capabilities and a step towards Ukraine's victory.
"I would like to thank Group 13 for their work. Their dedication and professionalism allow us to achieve such results," said the Chief of Intelligence.
The commander of the DIU unit "Group 13" with the call sign Thirteen thanked the Ukrainian engineers for their ingenuity, the commanders for supporting the initiative, and the team for their dedicated and successful work.
"We are fighting against a country with great resources, so any support is especially valuable. We are sincerely grateful to everyone – and in particular to the Book of Records – for this recognition and trust," emphasized Thirteen .
Mykhailo Honchar, a military security expert, also joined the ceremony. He noted that Magura drones have set records for combat effectiveness in the water and in the air. He wished the next record to be underwater.
"Russian submarines are already waiting to get acquainted with Ukrainian drones," Honchar said.
Intelligence representative Andriy Yusov emphasized the strategic importance of the recorded achievements. This is a testament to how Ukraine is changing the military history of the world and proves that innovation and courage are stronger than any number of enemies.
"We are proud of everyone who has contributed to the creation and use of Magura maritime drones. Your work is an example for the whole world of how asymmetric responses can be effective and devastating for the aggressor," said Yusov .

- In May, British Lord Michael Ashcroft said that Ukraine's naval Magura drones are rewriting the rules of naval warfare. Ukraine was able to neutralize and defeat a major maritime power through innovation, without having a traditional navy.
