Vadim Boychenko, the mayor of Mariupol, addressed the citizens.

He said that the city hasn't had electricity, water, heat, or a cellular network for two days so far, all of this because of constant bombing.

"This is a real genocide being committed by the Russian invaders against the Ukrainian nation", said Boychenko.

He also said that Mariupol has all the means to fix the power and water supply, but they need a ceasefire.

"After the second round of negotiations held today in Belarus, we have hope that there will be a possibility of a temporary ceasefire and a way to get food and medicine to the city. Tomorrow, we will have more details on the present.

Journalist Yuriy Burusov has offered not to give back Russian soldiers to their mothers but place camps with them in cities bombarded by Russians.

"Captured invaders must feel what peaceful Ukrainians feel who they have come to kill. Russian mothers must come and live with them in these cities which are bombarded by the Russian aviation, hide from air raids, and call in Russia telling about their impressions.

Previously, the street in Vilnius, at which the embassy of Russia in Latvia is located had no name. Today, the city’s mayor Remigijus Šimašius announced that it will be named the Heroes of Ukraine St.

Zelenskyy addressed President of the United States Joe Biden and European leaders: shut the sky over Ukraine now or indicate when it can be done. “How many? How many people need to die from shelling? How many arms, legs, and heads need to be blown off for you to hear us and shut the sky [over Ukraine]? Tell me, how many, precisely? So I can go and count and wait until we have enough.”

Zelenskyy assures that Ukraine is not the only military target for Russia, but it could also be possible, that Russia would try to invade Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia, Poland and make its military way up to the Berlin Wall. Having said this, he called on the world to show its fortress and close the sky over Ukraine.

Zelenskyy to Putin: "What do you want from us? Get off our land! If you don't want to leave now, sit down with me at the negotiating table. I am free. Sit with me, but not 30 metres away, like with Macron, or Scholz and others, as it was before. I am a neighbour. I don't bite, I'm a normal man. General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that Ukroboronprom has started receiving and repairing captured enemy vehicles. Pictured in the photo is a Tigr all-terrain infantry mobility vehicle. It is almost new and has low mileage. The National Border Guard of Ukraine reports that the invaders sank a civilian ship under the flag of Panama. The HELT bulker, which the occupiers have been holding hostage since the day before yesterday, sank after being shelled by a Russian military ship. The voice message from the boatswain to the shipowner’s representative was as follows: “Know that Russia is responsible for everything. It’s them who started the war, and it’s them who struck at HELT.”

Zelenskyy stressed on the importance of saving lives of Ukrainians in this war: "I wouldn't have the history of Ukraine like in the legend about 300 Spartans. I don't want it. I want peace and want to have it my country now. We are on our land. And we are ready for everything".

The Security Service of Ukraine reports another fake information spread by the occupiers — the enemy has hacked into individual websites of regional authorities and local self-government and is spreading lies through them about the alleged "surrender and signing of a peace treaty with the Russian Federation." The goal is to disorient Ukrainians, sow panic, dissuade citizens and persuade the Armed Forces of Ukraine to surrender.

In Bucha, Kyiv Region, a column of Russian tanks is moving along the Yablonska St. Also, Russian equipment was spotted in the yards. A source reports to LIGA.net that invaders “catch civilians and abuse them”. Ukrainian military assure they are working on improving the situation.

A source of LIGA.net in Kherson reports: “The invaders unloaded with equipment near the TV broadcasting center in Kherson, near Suspilne. Some people came in. The city chats report that many TV channels have stopped working, most likely in the morning we will have Russian propaganda on TV.”

Dmytro Kuleba will participate in the NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs meeting to persuade the partners to shut the sky over Ukraine for military aircraft to prevent Russians from flying over Ukraine and launching missiles.
