Axios: Macron takes a very tough stance during conversation with Trump before Alaska

President of France Emmanuel Macron took a "very tough" stance during an online conversation between European leaders, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy with the President of the United States Donald Trump before the latter's meeting with the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin in Alaska. About this Axios reported an interlocutor who was at the conversation.

According to him, Macron told Trump that "the meeting [referring to the talks in Alaska on August 15] is a very big concession to Putin."
