Yermak regains right to practice law after being dismissed from the President's Office

Former Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak has renewed his right to practice law after almost six years of suspension. This is evidenced by the information in his profiles in the Unified Register of Advocates.

The registry says that Yermak stopped practicing law on February 20, 2020, the day he became the head of the OP. on January 23, 2026, this right was renewed "on the basis of a lawyer's application."

Mr. Yermak's total experience as a lawyer before joining the civil service was almost 25 years. He first received his certificate of the right to practice law in 1995. Prior to that, he was a paralegal and lawyer at Proxen, advising companies.

In 1997, Yermak founded International Law Company, which provides services in the field of intellectual property and copyright protection. The company was one of the first to provide legal support to TV channels and media groups, such as Inter Media Groupdisney, Pixar, Universal. He has collaborated with representatives of art, show business and sports.

Yermak himself has not publicly commented on his return to work as a lawyer.
